Hot on the heels of the last one, and seeing as I’ve bought quite a few tunes recently I wanted to listen to on the iPod, I got a bonus mix for y’all. Normal-ish length, with quite a few different styles and tempos: bit of a jazz flavour, a couple of bonkers tracks with varying tempo, three old school joints and the rest new/new-ish.

I was listening to Lily Allen’s “Knock Em Out” … and it sounded oddly familiar… and yesterday I found out why . . . the piano/drum rythym in the back is EXACTLY the same as a Brazilian song I downloaded a WHILE (years)ago … I see that you seem to a fan of brazilian funk, so I was wondering if you knew the origin of the sample.

Sorry for delay in approving/replying, I’ve been away for a week. I can’t think of it offhand but I’ll have another listen and see if it rings any bells…
